Levels of cover

At Global we understand that not everyone is the same so we have identified three levels of cover for you to choose from:

Fully Monitored Cover with Level 1 Police Response

Your alarm is connected to our NSI Gold Awarded Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and is monitored 24 hours a day. In the event of an activation they will take the necessary action, including, on a confirmed activation, arranging level 1 police response. Your monthly fee also covers the following:

• Police URN arranged **
• Any repair or replacement found necessary as a result of equipment malfunction
• Any repair or replacement found necessary as a result of normal wear and tear
• Replacement lithium batteries when required (Wireless System)
• Twice yearly system service
• Remote resets - no need for an engineer to attend
• 24 Hour engineer support
• 24 Hour help desk
  

Standard Monitored Cover

Your alarm is connected to our NSI Gold Awarded Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and is monitored 24 hours a day. In the event of an activation they will contact you or one of your designated keyholders. Your monthly fee also covers the following:

• Annual system service
• Any repair or replacement found necessary as a result of equipment malfunction
• Any repair or replacement found necessary as a result of normal wear and tear
• Replacement lithium batteries when required (Wireless System)
• Remote resets - no need for an engineer to attend
• 24 Hour engineer support
• 24 Hour help desk
• Can be upgraded to Fully Monitored Cover
  
  

Bells Only Cover

In the event of an activation your internal siren will be triggered informing the burglar that they have been detected. Your monthly fee also covers the following:

• Annual system service
• Any repair or replacement found necessary as a result of equipment malfunction
• Any repair or replacement found necessary as a result of normal wear and tear
• Replacement lithium batteries when required (Wireless System)
• 24 Hour engineer support
• 24 Hour help desk
• Can be upgraded to either Standard Monitored or Fully Monitored Cover

* Through our partner, DGS Security, all our monitored alarm systems fully comply with the requirements of ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) and, subject to police false alarm policy, will normally qualify for police response
