Our standard monitored alarm can notify you or your key holders by phone, text and email as to what is happening at your house. It will tell you which sensor has been activated or if multiple sensors have been activated so you know precisely what is happening - it even allows you to “listen in” so you can decide what action to take.

- It can be switched on and off with a keyfob that is very easy to use. This keyfob has the additional feature of a “personal alarm” button that a person can press in case they are in danger.
- It uses the 868Mhz frequency instead of the 433Mhz which is much more secure and dedicated for alarm systems.
- It is a professional alarm system: Class 5 fully supervised panel, it is automatically maintained and in case of malfunction, sensors will report it to the panel.
- It has speech functions (it will “speak” when it is switched on and off and to report some events).

This system is monitored through an automated and totally resilient platform. The monitoring gives the customer the following added benefits.
- A secure online account through which you can manage your alarm and your home: you can view who has come and gone, you can setup up to 6 contacts who will be notified in case of event, and you can change the order in which they will be notified, you can view a log of all events that have happened in your home…
- In case of any event (power failure, burglar alarm, personal alarm, fire, flood, …), the system will notify up to 6 different contacts by calling them, sending them a text message and email them. The system “escalates” the calls. If the 1st contact doesn’t answer, the 2nd one will be contacted,…
- In case of a person pressing the “personal alarm” on the keyfob or the panel, the system (or rather the platform behind it) will contact the 6 defined contacts simultaneously.
This monitoring is very different from a normal "dialer" in that:
- It will continue messaging people even if a burglar strips the panel off the wall or cuts the phone line after coming in.
- It will tell the user exactly what is happening in their homes through SMS, email and phone. For example it will tell them that someone went through the front door, into the living room and then into the kitchen, which allows users to differentiate false alarms (usually only 1 sensor is triggered) from real ones. It can also tell them if there’s a power failure, a fire, a flood,…
- It will first call the property to check if it’s a false alarm and if no one responds (and puts their code), it escalates the event to up to 6 contacts (usually neighbours and other members of the family) via SMS, emails and phone. It will only stop contacting people if the alarm is “responded” by someone. It will even message the previous contacts (in case they didn’t respond) to tell them that the contact who “responded” (and was after them in the escalation process) is taking care of the event.
- It can message several contact simultaneously in case of panic/personal alarm or fire/flood, which a dialer obviously couldn’t.
- You can manage everything through a simple to use web-interface and change contact details from anywhere rather than have to program a complicated panel.
